Bought a laptop in august 33 days later I discover there isn't audio. ( I was using it for downloads and hadn't listened to anything) Contact target 30 day policy on Laptops see manufacturer. Try to register it with MSI but I have to go through chat because SN isn't recognized. 2 days later they've finally added it to their system. Send it in the next day for Warranty repair. Get an update yesterday, the motherboard is broken near the speaker we'll send you a quote for the motherboard. Motherboard isn't covered under warranty, though they freely admit no damage to the casing and it's never been opened. Now both companies are spider man memeing it up pointing the finger elsewhere. I'm fucking livid.

Well I did go ape shit on Targets Facebook and someone reached out said once I get the quote they'd be willing to talk with MSI on my behalf so we'll see what happens with that BS (more than the chat did) but yeah I get the laptop back I'm going to dismantle it in the store break the laptop case and walk out with a new one. I'm in full on Karen mode.
I think its fucking dumb you would have to go through MSI on an already put together product
