I legit was about to say the same thing.

David Race, tldr Race had a recording of Bitchell basically admitting to planning on scheming to falsify a video of a Donkey Kong high score, but Bitchboi sued him to keep it from being used in the lawsuit with Twin Galaxies.

You can't claim a Donkey kong highscore, the glitch says so.

The issue is that Race was in Ohio, where recording phone conversations only requires the consent of one person. Bitchell is suing in Florida, because (not only was he in Florida when the conversation was recorded) Florida requires both people to consent. So he's planning on taking this thing to the Supreme Court.

At this point he just drawing this out as much as he can, so Race has to pay more and more for legal fees

To be fair I wouldn't be surprised if this goes to the SC and they could have a valid reason for hearing the case.
