God I feel incredibly lucky considering at most I pay like $700 for my whole duplex.

The cheaper ones I saw when I was looking here were pretty bad, some didn't come with refrigerators or washers and dryers so that would have been extra expenses i didn't wanna pay. My current place was a little higher than average but the rooms were new (no one had ever lived in mine) and management had great reviews and I haven't had any issues. Had bad history with management at my last place so was def looking to avoid that
