the poaching is at least realistic in a sense, the big indie stars get snagged up quicker than ever, esp if either big companies is in a hiring spree. they arent right now but its only a matter of time before releases/end of contracts and more stocking up

It also helps that big companies will not consider signing anyone who is already on a written deal that isn't exclusive.

In my sim cverse game, one of the big American companies took the literal biggest star in Mexico at the time and he's barely a mid carder now lol he also has a trait where he's lazy if not featured high so he puts on bad matches too
