ya the company is too small n 80% old ppl. They dont hire enpugh new students n grads so tget stuck in past . Imo ofc

Oh they also have a gym leader who is basically a Streamer, and another legit just a guy named Larry who is working a triple shift as an office worker, gym leader, and elite four

If they delay the games, then they delay anime, merch, etc

so for me the issue is they dont let other ppl make them

If they extended the time between games by six months to a year at min, I think it could do them some good along with the Pokemon Company helping Game Freak expand to meet those demands while not burning people out
