I haven’t had 8 days off since I went to last year’s Full Gear in Minnesota.

Grant it, I did work about that much time straight leading up to this break. Thankfully work at a summer camp and it don't feel like summer right now lol

Yeah, I like that I give people from the community jobs, but it's tough to find workers for real.

Honestly, they give you a budget, and only help they give is to greenlight it.....rest is on you, like having to get outside funds to pretend to own the land until it's done....this is secret info....so no one tell it out loud
