I started drinking alone during covid quarantine. I was feeling lonely and extremely anxious about Covid since I'm vulnerable to it. Luckily my best friend is a doctor and he saw I was getting bloated when we were chatting on FaceTime and he came to my place to talk to me about it. That's all it took for me to realize that I was heading the wrong way. So yeah, I agree with what has been said before, you need to ask for help and talk to someone about it
