That too, they had a giant payroll in the 2000s for all the ex-WWE talent and even then, their booking was the shits, and their marketing was ass.

NXT used to do house show tours nationally at least, I feel like those were helpful just to get them away from the usual audience

Theoretically, yes, one could sell out a bigger arena with Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle and others, but TNA's marketing and branding sabotaged it. :lol

so i think as far as AEW goes I think sometimes ppl take for granted how fast it grew in three years and maybe getting a tad ahead of themselves of what growth is and where they should be.

It's an amazing venue for Rasslin, went to both of them (remember how I said New York is #1?) But it holds 20K for Rasslin.
