The superhero one was similar too, like you could take Bruce Wayne batman and also Terry McGinnis batman but not alternate universe Bruce's, etc.

What really helps in these drafts is when you can get everyone to just use common sense, and not try reaching too much, and for everyone to just be chill

You almost inevitably are gonna have someone exploit a loophole to pick someone and then here comes people crying about "if I woulda known we coulda done xyz then I woulda drafted xyz"

Pretty much the only way to guarantee someone doesn't try and game the intentions with a semantics pick that may or may not is to have a draft pool too which is next to impossible for most subjects lol

The way I see it, if you're using a version of the same character, you and others shouldn't be able to use another version

You *should* be able to draft Count Orlock because he specifically *isn't* Dracula, despite Nosferatu and Dracula both being the exact same plot.

for the horror ones the only thing that really throws it off I feel like is how like 50 people have been Ghostface in the movies but people really only like 2 of them anyway lmao
