It's alright. I had pain in my left knee at work. Somehow, I moved awkwardly and I ended up hurting it. I was limping a quiet bit, it was really bothering me. Thankfully I put a rice bag on it, it seemed to be helping a lot. It's about how it feels tomorrow, so I've decided to take off work to be cautious.

That's a good idea, but also good to hear that rice bag already working. Doesn't sound that it's something worse.
