i believe it. I met a guy from BC and Ireland who went to the first All Out show lol and this was like their 3rd or 4th ppv lol

That’s honestly the smartest thing to do. If you have a rabid market, use them until THEY lose interest. NWA pissed off their loyal markets trying to expand and it killed JCP.
