He was scheduled to be there for four hours. He showed up an hour and a half late. There were hundreds of people in line, waiting around the corner of the nearest building. He showed up, didn't talk to anyone and had his security announce he would not personalize the books. He stayed for one hour and then left, leaving 3/4ths of the people who had been waiting for hours without a signing
