Pork is probably the meat I eat the least rn but I actually had pork chops just a few nights ago lol

You should definitely try to barbecued ones I've grilled earlier. First time ever and it tasted amazing.

Yeah I slow cooked some type of pork tenderloin with gravy last year and the shit was out of bounds
