I have zero desire to make rocket launchers legal in 2022, but I would say that was original purpose of the amendment. Ordinary citizens were allowed to own cannons in their time.

That being said, I’m fine with anything considered a gun being completely legal while tanks, rockets, missiles, nukes are fine out of our hands.
