I was twice a month in college and for hibbett but once I got real accounting jobs it's always been weekly which is nice ngl lol I'd be more responsible budgeting with twice a month tho bc that paycheck hitting on Fridays is dangerous

I will say as someone that did payroll at my last job. Weekly is WAY more work lol the process is like the same no matter the length of the pay period so it's exponentially easier on them each week they don't have to do one
