So I'm going to take a big fat guess and say this game is worth every penny I throw at it

Pretty much, although it's a new IP, much more open world and a lot more lengthy. There's a lot more to it.

Ah damn, that's a shame. I was hooked the moment I booted up Bloodborne, and ended up buying the DS Trilogy right after

I got Demon’s Souls pretty close to when it came out on PS3 and thought it was trash.

then everyone said Dark Souls was better so i bought that one and thought it was trash. that’s as far as i ever ventured.

I think Dark Souls 3 is the best for the record, but yeah if you didn't like DS1 then it's probably just not your type of game. I never thought I'd get in to them in all honesty.

I tried the first one a few times, on both ps4, xb1, and pc.

really wanted to like it but just couldn’t

Been playing a lot of Vice City lately. I guess it's easy to just shut my brain off and play that, I know the game like the back of my hand now.
