It's hard to say, because I think the quality is constantly high throughout the series... if you don't wanna watch all of them, go through the Wiki article for it and pick the ones you immediately find interesting intriguing

While the big ones (like Benoit or Owen) are the obvious ones most people would recommend, I'd probably recommend more the ones you don't know much about.
