I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be allowed a dog in a flat idk, I prefer cats though as they are less intensive I guess. Don't need to take them on walks & stuff, and they aren't as loud. Love dogs tho!

Yep, pretty much. Cats kinda just chill all day, and need feeding & their litter box changing. Stuff like that. Dogs you really need to want, and have the time to care for a lot more.
