Resident Evil Zero is actually the only RE game I ever learned to speedrun properly. I was surprisingly really good at that game, learned all the ins and outs. I enjoy it a lot.

What do you think of Zero, Barry? It's honestly one of my favourites I think, although easy to soft lock yourself. I had to restart one of my first ever playthroughs because I didn't have enough ammo/health for that Bat boss.

Back in the day, I wasn't really thinking of later game sections so I used to just use up all my ammo and healing items, also used ink ribbons too freely :lol

"Overall, while it's not the longest of Resident Evil games (in fact it's on the shorter side), it has enough positives to make it worth playing if you're willing to overlook the one glaring flaw (item pickups) of it. With some fantastic visuals and incredible audio to boot, this is perhaps one of the more unheralded games in the series that is finally getting the respect it deserves since coming out on the newer systems."
