Garfield was a solid Spider-Man, probably my least favourite Peter Parker though.

Those Spider-Man movies felt generic after Toby Parker was fantastic

Generic is a good way to describe 'em, but I still enjoyed the first one. I think it's the second one I didn't really like from my memory.

I liked where they were going with them in terms of sinister 6. But Garfield was too pretty for either. They made him funny but knowing who was under the suit ruined it for me.

I think he had a good look, but Peter felt a lot different in those ones. Especially the Flash scenes. It was like completely different from Tobey's movies.

He was just too good looking and not at all believeable as a lovable loser. I can barely buy tom holland as Peter but definitely has the comic ability as Spider-Man

Yea, I think that is what made Tobey great. He's not bad looking either, but he had that certain charm to him that made him really feel like Peter.
