Like all this wasn't already discussed at length when Petty got all mad at the tag team stuff why WOULDN'T the second promo count? If we're talking opinions it's one thing, but they gotta be established in rules before you can say stuff can or can't count

FWIW, I'm fine with there being two promos for two different characters in a tag match. Even if they have the same handler. It's just response promos and singles matches I have an inherent issue with.
