Especially when there's precedence beforehand regarding *State* Legislation creating compulsory vaccination as far back as 1905 with Jacobson v. Massachussetts.

Now, mind you, that's at the state level, but if it were to go to the Supreme Court again, based on that case, I think they'd probably rule in favor of the President being allowed the ability to create a national vaccine mandate.

He does have legal standing to employ this mandate for Federal employees, at the very least though.
