plus it's easier for me to use safari because it's built into my laptop and phone and can sync together. I know Chrome would too but that's one more app i'd have to download.

I used to use Chrome on my phone after switching to Firefox for PC and then I got Firefox for mobile and everything syncing is so nice lol
