Cicada takes over the Wrestling Forum World

It's dying out here so I think buying a forum before it dies would help the ecosystem more than letting it die slowly. Because you often can't get their members back if you buy it after death. I should know. 85% of the people who posted on WS in 2015 didn't come back when I opened it back up in 2016 and it was only offline for a month.
