Tbh when this site first transitioned to this current layout it was pretty jarring and didn't get a great reception but it's turned out to be for the best

What was the basis of MonksDiner? Why was it called that?

a lot of the regulars left tho when it changed to WC. that's why like none of the HoF crowd is there.

it was just an entertainment forum, you talked about movies, tv shows, video games.

it was called MonksDiner because the owner was a big seinfeld fan and it's in that show.

but on the window it says monks cafe in the show so idk the dude was a stoner.

Monks Cafe was prolly taken lol

kinda like when it was MonksDiner and changed to WrestlingClique.

Monks was Epic

maybe monkscafe was taken already as a domain name.

they just happened to have a wrestling section in there because it started out as wrestling.

When I joined in 2010 most of the old timers (or who I consider to be) seemed to still be there. Such as James Deuce and Lemons.
