from breakfast to supper - what would be the perfect day of food

I eat three over medium eggs with turkey sausage and protein waffles, with some crunchy peanut butter and sugar free syrup for breakfast, then I have some baked chicken, rice and broccoli for dinner. For a snack I eat a banana and some granola.
