ECW is honestly the toughest part of my list because a.) WWE never posts any of their stuff, and b.) ECW is really... only good for promos in my opinion?

Yeah ECW surely isn’t my strong suit so I feel that

The Cane Dewey and Steve Austin promos are 100% the tops in ECW, because they're such major stars. Outside of that... maybe Taz?
