so not a ton changed for me besides wearing a mask. I always washed my hands to the point where the skin is pretty much cracking

I'm not this bad but I always washed my hands regularly lol so that part was kinda funny to me when people would say stuff like "ugh now we gotta wash our hands all the time"

I wash my hands before I eat and after I eat pretty much. Unless what I ate was just something with a spoon or fork. my hands feel gross if I actually touch food.

Also touching your face is terrible, that's one thing I made sure to stop even though I also always knew it was bad and had tried to stop
