they'll probably let you stream on devices but you can only have so many devices linked to an account I believe. Plus netflix said awhile ago they were going to monitor devices and see where they are most of the time. if the device is near the registered home most of the time it's allowed but if the device is always in another area(obviously where the person lives) it would be blocked.
