My brother just started Death Note randomly, he's like halfway through and really enjoys it

He hasn't gotten to episode 25 yet though, waiting to hear his thoughts on the show after that point

Yeah ... it kinda dies a narrative death there lol. I still enjoy the rest but it’s not the same

Reminds me of Twin Peaks really, S1 and first half of S2 of that show were great, then it just goes off the rails but comes back for a good ending
