the truth is some medical facilities - need to be shutdown, because they are failing because of bad building etc and the repairs cost to much. People think a rebuild is privatisaiton

the irony is - waiting times for the NHS etc is much worse in the bigger hubs in the south than in the north

I have friends and family who work for the NHS but still think torys are gone sell them all into slavery of privatisation smh

Yeah but the waiting times and quality are getting worse due to lack of funding
