I'm also gonna set my languages as English Fluent, Spanish Passable, Japanese Basic, French Basic, and both Central and Eastern European as Basic. I know a little Japanese, French, German, and Russian.

Actually the Papacy is Latin, and almost everything they do is in Catholic Latin.
