It's actually something called Night Shred, which came as part of a supplement stack I ordered online with some pre-workout, protein and what not. It's a sleep aid, plus a metabolism booster and appetite suppressor allegedly. All things I could use. :lol I can verify that it does indeed put me to sleep and have me waking up feeling rested.
