I really wanna get something like that or another Total Gym just for home worksouts bc I'm more likely to do those, but I really prefer free weights stuff so much more

thankfully tomorrow is leg day so i can recover a bit. but i can already tell keto is awesome in conjunction with weights. my belly is definitely shrinking quick and i've lose 8 lbs in like two weeks

I need to gain weight tbh so if I start working out again it's hella carbs until I can't see as many of my ribs anymore
