They're hostile. They don't let anyone come near them at all and therefor nobody really knows much about their society. They killed an american last year, but apparently the american knew before he approached the island, he just thought they may open up to him for some reason. They live on that tiny island and have it on lock down.

Yes, I've heard of North Sentinel. They're completely justified. They watched South Sentinel destroyed by outsiders and their diseases
