You got Brian, a former alcoholic who got divorced from the love of his life and can't see his own daughter much, and is only getting by thanks to the support of his own fans, and then you have Humanity, the dominant personality that takes over the body and loves inflicting pain, misery, and even a little self-harm if he can help it.
