I feel like if you watch AEW and have never heard of Kenny Omega, you're not gonna walk away thinking he's one of the company's biggest stars

Which is good for Sammy but bad for AEW as a whole, I'd think.. Because Sammy doesn't feel like that big of a star himself. And Kenny should feel like a huge deal.

I’d prefer him getting a push, but I understand at the same time what they are doing. It’s like The Bucks going out round 1 in the tag tournament. They got the book, and don’t want to be seen as putting themselves over. Omega just is going a bit to far with it. He does need more meaningful wins so beating him is big deal.

They need to put a rocket on him. He better be the first champion of their secondary title. Let him have a run with it before winning the AEW Title near the end of 2020.
