I can't think of a game to do after Sweet Home. Would preferably have to be an NES, SNES, or PS1 game.

It was the promotion that declared it war the second the opted to run their shows head to head. You keep pretending like that's not what happened , but it is. A week before AEW debuts on TNT and NXT debuts live Wednesday nights on USA. You could also claim AEW did the same thing when they picked Wednesday nights first even though NXT wasn't technically on TV. But still, you have two wrestling companies, two TV stations and they decided to run head to head when Thursdays are wide open. This battle for viewers is clearly what they wanted.
