Idk about this one bc it's still recent but the el Paso guy supposedly drove across most of Texas (issa big ass state) to kill as many Mexicans as he could near the border

Cops responded in under a minute in Ohio which had to have prevented a ton more deaths considering dude still managed 9 in that small ass time
