I tried watching some mid south....it was shit. Jim Cornette liked lame shit, there I said it.

Jim Ross was so mushmouthed and stammering I could see why Vince was screaming in his headset.

The 85 shows picked up a little, but yeah it's def overrated. I mentioned it to my dad tho and I've never seen him get that nostalgic about anything bc that was the only wrestling they got on TV for awhile

I didn't think JR was that bad tho, easily the best announcer but the other two are Watts so that's not saying much

If they ever upload the rest of '85 I review it for my thread eventually since it's on the Meltzer list, but idk how I wanna do the TV shows yet, might do best and worst at the same time so I'll probably start with the years that I can easily watch both shows which isn't going to be a lot
