I'd have to take Sunny over it, but still a classic.

Same. I love Seinfeld. But Sunny is my all time favorite.

Season 13 was even a renaissance year because I feel it got back on track after a poor 11th and 12th.

Poorer I mean because they were still good.

I get that. I loved 11 and 12 but they were a dip from 3 through 10.

But I haven't seen 13 still so..

12 did have probably the most twists of any season so far though

There are none. Two underwhelming seasons isn't bad when you've been on this long.
