My insomnia is getting so bad lately, really think I need to change something up in regards to my screentime. It really sucks.

Might try that 30 Day thing I mentioned to Chris away from the internet, and start forcing myself to try to sleep an hour later and no screens like an hour before.

Maybe even longer actually than 30 days, this staying at home thing so much got me all sorts of screwed up. I had a good schedule going at one point.

Blue light filters on my laptop and phone seemed to help me a lot tbh I didn't have the discipline to cut screentime

I know you guys will be here whenever it is I decide to come back, maybe months from now, which is a nice thing to motivate me. I just know if I do nothing it's going to get worse and this year my focus has been making the best possible version of myself. I feel I've been happier lately, and I'm sure it comes off in my posts. Want to hold on to that, and make sure I keep doing the right things.
