Yes, and no. TNA did it first with Impact for YEARS. And yes, they should do something different for the PPVs if the goal is to have a different aesthetic for PPVs so they don't look like Dynamites. That's what WWE does. Have the same design for everything.

The sets for Full Gear and Revolution were both pretty unique

I mean, structurally they're not super distinct but they have different concepts going on at least

But yeah, one of the reasons I like the tunnels so much is because it reminds me of peak TNA

Wouldn't mind if they ditched them for PPVs though

Full Gear may have been, but that was legit last year. Different concepts is better, but I'd like the OG days f the PPV looking completely different than the weekly TV show set.

I'm glad I never play WWE video games anymore bc the lack of distinct sets would annoy me to no end on them

OMG truth, Chris. On the game picking the arena doesn't matter anymore.

Though they did just add a shit ton of classic around the time they got lazy with PPV sets

So I'd probably just be playing at old arenas all the time instead of modern ones

Revolution looked beautiful even though the set wasn't anything too elaborate

Yes, but it's basically when Dynamite started. Which is when they started losing their unique presentation imo. Full Gear was kinda that last show imo to to do something different. Even if the PPVs go back to looking cool with crowds again, I still don't why they dropped the different color pads and the logo on the mat. It was the main thing that made me know this wasn't any other show.
