IDK about cartoon, but Bully Ray was a typical 80s movie Bully.

I think I'll save that idea for if I ever become a wrestler. Wear a silk button up shirt with flames on it and fingerless gloves. Dye my hair red and spike it like CM Punk in that one picture when he met Stone Cold. Call people "twerp". Enter to some Sum 41 or something like that
