Every night around this time (it's 7:47 my time) this kid goes into the parking lot outside my window and bounces a basketball. It wouldn't bother me so much if there wasn't a basketball court on the other side of this apartment. I don't even care if he doesn't live here but it's really fucking annoying when it's hot as shit and I want the window open. And I know for a fact that the building that has the parking lot (it's a Catholic) doesn't want people going on to their property.
