The last e-fed I was in wasn't even doing results bc the guy running it didn't have time so we just had the cards and then quick results with the victors for a few months until I took it over and just started writing short match summaries

my method was

people involved, i ask to send me strats and atleast five spots you want to be used per person. Six or more if it was a big match. I would encourage the people to work with each other on their spots. They send them to me, and I try to incorporate everything I see into the best possible match for them. My idea is the effort for everyone is a team effort. Looked more beautiful that way.

not only was I writing 8 page promos during that shit, I was doing the match writing to help out

This e-fed was pretty small so I'd just base the summaries off how close their scores were, like if it was super close I'd write it as a super competitive back and forth, or if someone no-showed I'd write it as a quick squash. It was a pretty small fed so we all knew how the people wanted their characters to be used so it was pretty easy to keep that consistent
