I only notice a slight lactose intolerance when I drink plain milk tbh but I eat a shit ton of cheese and ice cream and never noticed anything there lol

I also have that issue. There’s some good alternatives to dairy ice cream. There’s a cashew milk Banana Fosters flavor from So Delicious that is fucking superb
