WWE has had their most stacked roster in history for so long now and they just haven't used it very well, complacent seems to be a word thrown around a lot for the locker room but I think it applies to just about everyone in WWE from top to bottom at this point other than a few exceptions

Pretty much this. WWE from 2014-2020 could easily have the greatest era and roster ever if they booked shit like they did back in the day.
