I think most of that was because of how poorly it was handled afterwards. Like I think he was wrestling a hardcore match THAT WEEK against Terry Funk afterwards...if not it was a week or two later but either way he was still wrestling on TV at a pretty grueling pace before he pulled out of the January PPV.

I'm pretty neutral on Jarrett. I think he's a great worker and character that gets too much hate...but also I think most of the jokes from his haters are hilarious so I can't even defend him if I'm laughin'
