Me too, there was nothing like going to a Blockbuster on a Friday night

Can’t recall ever buying n movies or games from blockbuster. I didn’t even buy used movies til like Movie Stop was a thing.

there used to be a ton of new/used game stores in the city when i was a kid and my parents would always take me there and get me a new game.

then i'd spend the next month or so playing that game until I could get a new one.

Now everything is digital so I can buy used

Me and my dad would go to movie stop like once a week or once every other week.

and with the internet i have information about basically every game release instead of just going to the store and seeing what they had.

I didn't know Resident Evil 2 was a thing or out until I saw it on the shelves at Walmart.

bought it and the strategy guide instantly then went home and beat it in one sitting with my neighbor.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time I found out about because I went to a friends house and he had it and showed it to me so I basically begged my parents to buy it for me too
